Jessica Saville is clinical psychologist with over 10 years of experience, specialising in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health and parenting in the early years.
Jessica offers an empathic and flexible approach to treatment, working collaboratively to develop an individualised treatment plan, and providing a welcoming space to support improved psychological wellbeing and meaningful change.
Jessica is experienced in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of a range of psychological difficulties including: mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, fears and phobias, body image and self-esteem issues, adjustment disorders, relationship difficulties, perinatal mental health conditions, and trauma and grief associated with infertility, the perinatal period, and birth.
Jessica values evidence-based knowledge and integrates mind and body therapeutic approaches in her practice. Evidence-based treatment approaches include: Mindfulness-based CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Circle of Security, in addition to drawing on evidence-based attachment, psychodynamic, polyvagal, and interpersonal neurobiology theories.
